fishing off beach rentals

I am looking for a cabin or beach rental for July in Sargent, Texas. I hear Sargent has great fishing.

I need to find a place to rent that will accomadate 11 or more
that will have a beach within close walking distance, good fishing off a deck or walking distance and a place to go crabbing. Is there such a place? I think I've looked at every rental property. Please help!
I would love to hear from anyone with ideas.
