My wife and I are looking at property for recreational and, possibly, retirement purposes. In searching the Coldspring/Livingston area, I have run across quite a few listings for lots in Holiday Shores that say RVs are allowed on a two weeks on site, ten days away from site basis. Yet, in the Holiday Shores deed restrictions, it says that no RV or mobile homes are allowed. Can anyone on this board shed some light?
