 This elegant Sheila Hayes dress has amazing stage presence and is ideal for a championship dancer. It was made for the 2009 NANS and is in excellent condition. Selling due to dancer's growth. The dress has a black velvet bodice and sleeves. The white ruffle on the skirt has white mini-sequins. Chest, cuffs, skirt and cape all have unique and intricate red, white, turquoise and black accents and embroidery. Crystal and velvet crown, bloomers, and crystal number clip are all included.
