Subject: Who said anything about Derrick collecting for hotels? Re-read the post. It states Derrick Lee Miss Illinois United States director paid for nothing. He bummed a ride to nationals and didn't pay his fair share of the ride, he bummed meals from people throughout the week, and slept on the floor of his contestants rooms. He should be ashamed of how he treated his contestants. I believe that is what the post is referring to. Derrick Lee likes to use people and not pay his way for anything.

He bummed a ride to nationals? Who did he ride with? If he's in DC then he is obviously having lunch with his queens. Lets ask them if he paid for his own food. It is not malicious if it is the truth and it is 100% The Miss IL JR Teens mom drove him to DC and back. He absolutely did have his queens and their parents pay of his food/drinks and slept on the floor of hotel rooms. I was one of his queens as well and I experienced all of this first hand.
