- It's announced before any prelim if you recalled for the 3rd round of worlds, you can't dance it. You also have to have at least 1 preopen dance (some years it was 2), can't have won a championship or confined before and can't have won a prelim in the past. (NT) -- Dm, Thu, May 16 2024, 13:44:31
