Yes thats right, except it's not actually in the room with the locker...its in a hole in the floor which is just to the left of the room Fett mentioned. Drop down, go to the left and follow it through the long hall till you find a room with the key in the middle of the floor. The area is flooded partially. Like Fett also said...security cameras=bad news. Good luck
