On normal or hard, the door is sealed. I suspect you are on hard if you are looking for the mystic's soul. Through the door you are looking for, is the mystic's heart, which you need to find on expert. TO find the mystic's soul, go to the door with 4 doors surrounding you, with a metal thingy in the middle of the floor. Light the torches surrounding this room, and zombies will come out and the metal thing will open. GO through the opening in the middle of the floor to find the mystic's soul
