The old male rises his head and lets out a short howl, calling for his mate. It wasn't supposed to carry long; she should be somewhere in the pack, he thinks, though he hasn't seen much of her lately. Then he sits down to wait.

Ray nuzzles his mate lovingly. "Rini..." It is his opinion that her name was the most beautiful a wolf could be called, and his eyes clearly shows this as he looks at her.
