I really don't do well when I am busy. I am X-4, which is at least moving in the right direction, but not as much progress as I would like.

How is everyone else doing?
What was for dinner?
Exercise today?

I gained 1.6 lbs....could have been worse but it's time to quit dingin' around and get this done!

Dinner was a leftover stuffed pepper.

I did work out this morning and that felt great because I only did it once last week.

Ate a bit more than normal but walked a ton and played in Lake Michigan a few times as well - no change to weight but finally starting to notice a little tone difference (mostly working on that anyway).
