Breakfast: a low-carb tortilla with 2 oz. of deli turkey and a slice of reduced fat cheese (wasn't in the mood for breakfast food).

Snack: Fat-free greek yogurt (Chobani's vanilla - yum) with raspberries I picked last night.

Lunch: A chicken ceasar salad with fat-free ranch dressing.

Dinner shall be leftover spaghetti with a glass of 1% milk and some fruit or raw veggies, after my WW meeting. And I always have an Archer Farms granola bite (same point count as a WW 2-point bar but half the price) later in the evening for a treat.

I had a ton of errands to run this morning and got a chicken biscuit from chick-fil-a. Evil.

Whole wheat pasta with grass fed organic beef. Used pizza sauce and seasoning as it is lower sodium/fat than most pasta sauce.

Salad leftovers for dinner. Need to do better tomorrow.
