Subject: On the road....

Heading to St Louis in the morning. It's always difficult to find healthy eating options on a road trip. We will have the dog with us and will be fairly limited to fast food. Time to grab my "Eat This, Not That!" book for restaurants!

Do you pack food on a road trip? If so, what do you bring?

SBD bars have more protein than the other snack bars and therefore stick with me longer.
