Would you kindly post a list of your "membership" so an accurate account of the number of property owners who are in favor of your proposals and lawsuit can be known? And, it doesn't matter who does what, you can be sued for anything these days. Start getting your checkbooks out and lets spin the wheel..... How long do you think the Homeowners are going to allow the destruction of values to continue? Yes money talks but then again those homeowners are the ones paying the bulk of the taxes......
