Those that don't work for a living must leach off those that do. What sad individuals. The association refuses to answer direct questions posted on this board, how can anyone look at the association with respect and legitimacy. Personally it sounds as if Pat doesn’t know anything about the POA nor is she a property owner in Sargent Beach. Or if she is, then it goes a long way to show this association was created just for the benefit of suing someone. Wow..what’s in the water these days!
