I don't see the post as "trashing anyone"or as "bickering". It is simply the facts.
It is interesting to finally hear from someone who "has intimate knowledge of the deed restrictions". I personally have found "0" people who were even notified of deed restrictions or shown deed restrictions when they bought their property. In my experience purchasing properties in Texas I have always been shown a section on the standard TREC contract that stipulates there are deed restrictions and have been asked to initial that section. I wonder why this has not happened when you buy property on the island at Sargent?
