In reply to: AKA Sammi 's message, "Kudos for the SBPOA" on 06:28:48 09/06/11 Tue

Please show me WHERE on the Sargent Beach Texas website that they claim to be the "Official" website of Sargent Beach or the SBPOA.
By the way the "Official" SBPOA Inc. was officially dropped from the Secratary of State in 1971. Those records are available for anyone to look up.
There was a posting on the Sargent Beach Website that said the new SBPOA going to provide the 100 T-shirts for the fall Beach Clean up. Does this mean they won't be contributing to the beach clean up?

Your message would be representative of most reasonable property owners I think. The deed restrictions of 1954 are reasonable and not intrusive. They are one of the reasons I forked over the money for lots.
