I did not see anything in the late Summer 2011 News Letter about the three Lawsuits by Sargent Beach Property Owners Association...And the Counterclaims filed against SBPOA...Does the mean that all of 47 paid Members are part of Counterclaims also are they liable, or just the Current Board Members.
