Subject: Only a quorum present for Final budget vote.

Council people get paid $ 475/month to work for the city's taxpayers. Some Council members are absent for important votes (like last week's budget vote) or walk out of meetings leaving the others to do the work. These absences are not due to personal emergencies or vacations.

Regardless of their attendance, those council people still get paid by the taxpayers.

There is value in all viewpoints being expressed, even if those viewpoints are not the final decision. Democracy, debate and education are the tools of good government.

To the two: Grow up. Show up. Do your job. Or resign and let someone else do it.
