SHSU - too many 300++++ lb. schlubs on both their lines..advantage "shady" keeler..almost as pronounced as his phony transfers in 2003...this team could be holding its own in some mediocre nfl division, but I don't know against Jacksonville State!..we need to match them in unlimited fried chicken, pork chops and cheeseburgers at the training table for any hope of future success deep into the playoffs..at any rate, brilliant year Red Raiders!!!

They were too much. Some of these programs like NDSU, Jacksonville St,etc.are on a different level. Junior college transfers, red shirts, the lack of tough academic requirements, etc. make it much easier to put together that kind of program.
For what it is worth, tho I am an avid fan our our program,I am sure we will never go there and we shouldn't.
Congratulations to the kids, the coaches and staff. It has been a wonderful year filled with accomplishment. They should all be proud of this year. We are proud of them.
Now let's do it again next year.

In football, you either get beat by a better team or you beat yourselves. SHSU was the better team. That being said, no need to run a gadget play, up 28 with little time left. Just poor style on KC's part. I felt like we were a year away prior to this season and the team showed great improvement each week. Certainly excited about the team's prospects for next season. Cannot wait for opening day!
