The *REAL* Madison University won THIS game!

Don't look now, but it's Hunt vs. K.C. Keeler, the former Delaware coach who is now at Sam Houston State and spoiled our magical 2003 national title hopes. Not that we need that thought to motivate our team, but I don't think I can handle another Colgate loss to anyone associated with a damn Blue Hen.

Colgate showed confidence and poise against a tough opponent. They never got rattled. This team has a lot of character. Congratulations to all of them and the coaches who are doing a remarkable job. And, how 'bout that catch by Quazza in the end zone. That one was just as nice as Maddaluna's diving catch a few weeks ago. Go 'gate, get another win.

After reading about some ugliness at the end of another playoff game on another thread I thought of something coach Hunt did yesterday. The players were gathering to sing Colgate's fight song in front of the fans after the game at the same time that JMU's band started playing their Alma Matter to the team. Coach Hunt made them stop till JMU was done before the Colgate player sang. A classy move and great sportsmanship
