Hi there,
Not sure if you ever found out about your grandmother or whether my info is any help.
I can only see one Elizabeth Rogers born in Dublin City in 1903. She is born Jan-Marchwhich would fit perfectly.
The thing is, I can only find this Elizabeth Rogers on the 1911 census...

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000171928/

The two problems here being. She is Catholic and not the youngest.
I guess the thing that gets me is there is no other Elizabeth Rogers born in Dublin between at least 1902-1904...considering the census usually came around April-June, the age fits.

OR: She wasn't born in Dublin city..The only other girl by that name in Jan-Mar 1903 is from Ards in Longford.

This Elizabeth Rogers is 8 years old in 1911.
She is the youngest of 13 children.
I really think this is your Elizabeth.

If this is your family, you might be in luck. Only a handful of families live here in Ards in 1907. 9 families in 7 houses.
A quick look at Griffiths Evaluation in 1854 shows this...

Rogers Hugh Derrynaskea Kilcommock Longford
Rogers Robert Ards Kilcommock Longford
Rogers William Ards Kilcommock Longford

Certainly William and Robert must be older relatives and possibly Hugh also.

Here is the 1901 census for the same family:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Longford/Kilcommock/Ards/1548049/

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai001023527/

You can see here that William is the head of the family and Robert, the eldest son.

I could go on searching but I don't want to if it's the wrong family.
If you think it's her...
There's a BIll Rogers from Ards still living in Longford..
Find him on this page.
You could contact the paper, maybe get lucky!

Let me know if any of this helps.
Maybe your Elizabeth moved to Dublin and lived there before she emmigated!

Linda Jane
