*He snorts as they approach the steaming springs, then slows to a stop. He paws the snowy turf and smiles at Phoenix.* These are the hot springs. *He trudges in to one of the springs, muscles relaxing. In a moment he is out again, then proceeds to roll in the snow. She laughs as the snow collects on his golden coat. She tosses her head, steam from the springs causing ebony tendrils to stick to her. She looks into the hot pools of water then leaps in, closing her eyes and pinning her ears to keep water out. She surfaces and jumps out, shaking to get the water out of her coat.
