Akar finishes first, and with a silent grin to Jeggi, rises to all fours and settles himself at a swift lope... following the females now recognizable scent.

Zrego stays a moment longer, absorbing each precious detail before lifting his head to the now vacant area. He flicked an ear in displeasure with himself at his loss of concentration on the world around him, then catches the scent of Atumi and takes care to follow that directly. He'd learn every shred of information there was to be learned from that black, even down to the way he chose his path.
Obsessive? Perhaps.
Determined? Definitely.
