You do appear to have a vey acute case of CMD there Bob.

I shall look forward to having a look at your mods, mine does tend to run cool, and I do have a thermostat fitted. It occurs to me, with your system, that regular toggling of the 'cowl flaps' may be required to manage the cooling. What is your failsafe if the rad louvres are closed and the switch packs up, or is the other radiator sufficient to cope, I guess it probably would!

Pop in to Deanland if you are ever this way, and I shall return the visit if I'm near you. It would be nice to compare notes in detail.
