The cross wind limit on the Pulsar is the level at which you can no-longer land it safely. No limits were ever officially published as far as I know because each aircraft, being home-made will be different. 14kts seems to be your limit. I try not to get anywhere near that level, especially in my taildrager as a gust on landing or while taxiing back can easily nose you over - I know it has happened to me! I have however landed in 15kts 90o X wind but I prefer not to unless I've been caught out by poor planning or wrong weather forecasts!
