If you do a Google search with the words "LAA TADS Pulsar" it should lead you to a PDF TADS file on the LAA website (TADS 202). The TADS gives lots of info on the Pulsar (it reads a little bit negative but the Pulsar has a good safety record). There is info in the TADS on which wings are prone to fuel attack and how to inspect for it. I think later wings have blue foam ribs that are fuel proof. My wings pre-date the wing fuel tanks, so I am unable to advise further.
