The only thing I have on record about faulty wing spars (re Bob P message above) is that if the main wing spar is made of composite, then the "capping" on the top of this spar MUST be thicker than the capping on the lower part of this spar. I have no record of any "composite" spar kits sold in the UK having any problems. However, any Pulsar kit purchases from abroad should be checked for correct capping.

The nearest Pulsar owner in Wiltshire is at Salisbury (a 582/tail owner). Or I can assist (I only charge for car fuel, NOT my time).
