I would second Bob P's comments above. The problem with bog down is is it can catch you unawares. It might be fine for weeks of flying, but, If it's warm and sticky, power can suddenly fall dramatically and can easily double the runway required. You should be ok with just one on board though.

Congratulations on finishing the job, it's that last 5% that takes 50% of the time! Look forward to seeing you at Deanland next summer, if it ever stops raining!
