Yes, as Patrick guessed, I used a BFH, blocks of wood, and some time. A sharp whack with a block of wood cushioning it will get it started, then you can hammer around the lollipop and it goes in well enough.

I don't (yet) have a vise, otherwise that would be a pretty good way to go, as Dan says.

I have urethane bushings, so once they're in the lollipop, they just slide onto the CA end. I have helped install a rubber one, using dish soap, and it wasn't too bad, just need some elbow grease. When/if my urethane bushings need replacement, I think I'll be going to rubber offset ones. The urethane has been okay, but I've had three fail on me so far. If the car was just a track car, I might keep them on, but I think the rubber ones would be a little quieter and I would definitely not have had the problems I've seen so far.
