If you're considering creating a forum (or Website),
I would strongly suggest trying "Royalty Free" sites.
They charge a very very cheap amount.
And, you can LEGALLY use their picture on your website.

These sites are so easy to navigate.
and the material is endless.
Anything you can possibly think of, and it's there.
The photos and artwork is fabulous.
and they're "Vector Images".
Which means, their clarity will show perfect even when thumbnail size.
So, all you cheapskates should consider spending a buck or two.
Note:
There are other sites which offer truly original photos.
and those sites are, in fact more expensive.
But, I'm not dealing with those.
Instead, I'm making a list of the mainstream sites which offer Vector Images.

(I've been dealing with a few of these sites;
including 123rf for a long time. they're great).
All these sites offer everything, not just pictures.
Artwork, illustrations, photos, etc. etc.
They even offer name tagging, sometimes.
My only problem is that I'd like to see more items in .png format.

If I'm not mistaken,
the best-known sites also give options to buy photos.

These offer Royalty-Free pictures, photos, illustrations, and other great stuff.

The cost is cheap.
and you can use them on your website or blog.
