Having only seen 30 minutes of the day he looks to his mother for a drink of milk. His muzzle softly extends to touch her as he searches for her attention. His soft enamel teeth touch her pelt softly as he nips her ever so slightly. Yet somethign was wrong... her eyes were closed and she ignored him. Deciding to awake her he nips her ocne more and nudges her tryign to get her to awaken. Yet she just lay there... lifeless. His mother was dead yet he had no clue.
