At the risk of sounding completely ignorant - HELP! I am not able to download the bonus track. The site is asking for a CD key, and I have scoured the CD over and not found anything that will work. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks!

PS - Is anyone else planning to attend the Ohio shows? I'm driving up on Friday night and then going on to Akron on Saturday. Road trip!
