I've been intending to put something up since the show on Monday night, but real life etc. etc.
Anyhow, Julie, Wendi, Tami and I made it into Ottawa for the Tom Cochrane reunion show for the Chez 106 Silver Anniversary celebration (Ottawa's classic rock station).
Trevor Findlay band opened and were excellent. Tom and crew came on about 10 PM, and on bass, our own Spider!!!
For those who've seen him live, you know what an incredible bassist he is, but for those of you who haven't had the opportunity, please don't pass up any chance you might have to see this man play...whether it's w/Loverboy, or another Tom Cochrane reunion show (they said it was a one time only thing, but we don't know if that's a sure thing or not). Spider's solo was amazing, perhaps we're biased, but we all think he's a very gifted musician, and we're happy he's a member of Loverboy....to the guys...we'll see you in Verona in June....can't wait!!!!
