Subject: LOVERBOY NEEDS EVERYONES VOTE!!! Author: Sue [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 11:41:50 01/05/06 Thu Several years ago we urged ALL Loverboy fans, both Canadian and American to nominate Loverboy for Canada's Walk of Fame and a LOT of you stepped up to the plate and delivered! (Thanks to those of you who did!). Unfortuntately, for whatever their reasons were then and still are, the powers that be (as Tami would call them!) at The Walk continue to IGNORE us loyal Loverboy fans who continue to faithfully nominate them year after year. But it is STILL up to US fans who KNOW that Loverboy MORE than deserves this honour to continue to nominate Loverboy until it's The Walk who finally DELIVERS and inducts Loverboy onto the Walk of Fame. I believe that if ALL of us fans continue to nominate Loverboy (for as long as we HAVE to) that The Walk will have NO choice but to FINALLY LISTEN TO US LOVERBOY FANS!!! (Please believe me when I say that NUMBERS DO count for the nominees to get inducted). So please, please, PLEASE! Go to Tami's Canada's Walk of Fame link on her home page, click onto "inductees", then "nominations" and fill out the form (or go to www.canadaswalkoffame.com.). It's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do. What better way to show support for our favourite band?! Many thanks in advance for those of you who nominate Loverboy for Canada's Walk of Fame, both past and present! (Hopefully we won't have to do so in the future....).
