OOC: I am assuming that you jumped back and sideways, because you obviously dont know how long a longblade is. A regular sword come up a little past your waist, and a long blade would come up to their chests. Mine is just a little shorter than that, and I was thrusting so I had both arms extended when I was at full thrust, so tyou would have to jump very far back. ALso, sicne I am an otter, and if we are putting this is Human prespective, i would be around 6'3. So that means that the sword length plus my arm length would equal about 6'6. That is pretty far to jump from standing still.
