I'm Joy Angelic Polleros, 18 yrs of age and im from 168 A sabellano st. Quiot Pardo Cebu City. I am looking for my father named Norman Tally. I havent seen him since i was born in this world. Actually, i really dont know more about him because my mother wont talk that much about him. But im hoping that in this website i can find him here. By the way, what i know a little about him is that he a U.S navy Army. He is a black mexican guy. Please do help me find my father. Again his name is NORMAN TALLY.
