I live in Costa rica and partnered up with a man who I thought was trust worthy. Eight months ago we formed a corporation here, and my investment group invested with us over $150,000. Afeter getting no accountability from him we decided we wanted out. He chose to steal the money from us, while in the states he sent 2 people and cleaned out my condo, furniture and everything but my clothes, used a crooked attorney, stole my tour van and stole it. He also stole property from other people and today is still walking the streets. I went to one attorney who wasted my time for 4 months, and changed 2 months ago. My case has been filed in San Jose, # 06-003949-0647-PE. So far nothing. I am very frustrated that this country allows people to rob from US citizens and is unwilling to persue rapidly. This man has hurt many people including myself, and we have a strong case but getting no where. I was hoping to get some help and maybe get something done. Thank you
