This story is about settelers who came to a river to settel. The tribes name is "NASHUA". The native people only used what they needed. One day a pailed face man came to the tribes camp. That pailed face man traded them knives for meat. After a couple of days the white people took over the land. They built paper mills there and soon after the river started to turn different colors. One night Marion had a dream that the shiny pebales didn't shine up throuh the clear water and the river was poluted. So they signed apetion and saved the river
