In this book Chief Weewa and his people came to a river so you could see the bottom. Then a pale person came with goods they welcomed him . Then the pale people took over the land and started to dump things in the river. The river soon smalled bad nothing lived there or came to take a drink. Marion and Oweana made petitions and tolled about a dream that she had the river came clear once again
