Subject: New US Territories Discovered!

The libertarian movement to create a semi-autonomous region within the territorial United States has very recently discovered the existence of TWO new islands that are possessions of our nation. They are Baja Nuevo and Seranilla Banks in the Carribean, (in between Panama and Cuba).

Columbia claims Seranilla, while Jamaica has a claim to Baja Nuevo. However, the U.S. Coast Guard regularly patrols both islands, and the State Dept. claims the territory as ours.
