No one can say from exactly were and when the Black Citadel came. It simply was. The massive fortress seemed to be empty, and for many generations, no one ventured near to it's obsidian walls. Then, a few moons ago, a single figure could be seen entering the bowels of the castle. Now, the castle seems to radiate an aura of cold. Death and decay surround the Black Citadel, as lands within it's borders become blighted. The creatures within these lands are dark, crawling beasts, who exist only for the taste of mortal blood. Who can say, though, what horrors reside deep within the cryps of the Black Citadel, and what evil finally awakened it?
