Quad Songbook creator

In the example below, I'm attempting to create a Song-List.
Each link is separated with <p>.
I could have chosen to space them closely by using <br>.
Also, notice how the entire first row is shorter than Rows 2 & 3. Plus, Row 4 is the longest.
Row # 1 is using padding:1px, Rows #2 & #3 are using 5px, and Row #4 is using 10px.

Also, near the very top of the HTML Code,
...if you change Cellpadding=3 to a higher number, the rows will move further apart.
