from a historical standpoint;
I personally consider this to be the primary list
(although music & feature length films are more popular).
Anyway, to make a long story short; this is not based upon linking to a specific playlist.
But, rather instead, there's a distinct list of cartoons which belong together.
Due to their historical significance.
Essentially, the playlist looks something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2690DCF1F5FF959B
another important note:
The great Disney Christmas song “From all of us, to all of you” appears on (Disney Sing a long) Disney Very Merry Christmas Songs.
REMOVED FROM LIST :
Joy to the world (sing a long)
Deck the Halls (sing-a-long)
Basically, direct links will come and go.
AND, after the first 60 or 70 cartoons, most additions are probably temporary.
And, they probably will get removed.
But, the core historical cartoons will remain the same.
They're almost always Short Subjects, meaning less than 15 minutes in length.
Also, some cartoons are not actually christmas.
BUT, they still have a "Christmasy" feel to it.
One example is TOY TOWN HALL from 1936.
IT's not a christmas cartoon, but it's definitely got the feeling.
SO, always keep an eye out for those.
I'll also have to check out "Holiday Hilights".
Is that the cartoon which ended with "The night before christmas"? I'll have to check.
It was the only part which had anything to do with Christmas, though.
