Subject: An Idea

Hello everyone! As you all probably figure out reading Arwen's posts at the Fort Hatching, I get waaay too into this but I had a brilliant Idea.
OK, In "The Weyrs of Pern" through "Skies of Pern" the Landing has played a major part in the study of Thread and the disabling of the "menace."
Well, thinking about this recently, I had a brilliant plan -and would be willing to do all the work- to set up Landing, and bring AIVAS up and running ((I'm not sure if u'd want Aivas, but this is a suggestion)) I mean, Aivas could live again, just becaus he terminated in "Weyrs" doesn't mean he's dead here.
Here's an Avias like post just so you all can see and consider:

A Rider ((We'll say Lyra, since I play her)) walks into the main building of Laniding where the Aivas device was located. She looked up at the machine in awe at the magnificant thing the Ancients had built. She said meekly, "Aivas?"
The machine rumbles and Aivas says in his usual mechanic tone Greetings, Blue Rider.
Lyra sits down in a chair, "Can you tell me about Thread?"
Thread is a spawn of the Red Star, and destroys anything it touches, destroying farmland.
Lyra nodded, "Thank you, Aivas."
IK, so that wasen't the best post in the world, but I have read three of the books and going to the fourth soon -not alot I know- but I read "Weyrs" carefully so I know Aivas's 'humor' ect. Heres a list of the things I know about the Avias device and what I know about Pern. (note: some of my info may not comply with the site...)
1. Aivas is a Artifical Intelligence Voice Automated System.
2. Originally it was built by the Ancients.
2. Is run by Solar Energy
4. Aivas has a defense system (ex: can deafen intruders)
5. Aivas seems to detest Greens
6. Is detested by people called "Abominators" whom call him an Abomination
7. Dragon's were genetically engineered by Firelizards
8. Lessa traveled Between to bring back all the Weyrs besides Benden
9. The Red Star was taken of its orbit by info from Aivas and the Dragon's took Engines into a crevice on the Star's surface.
10. Supposedly, Thread has one Pass left before being gone forever.
11. Aivas terminated because of the MasterHarper Robinton's death after his heart gave out from his exertion when kidnapped by Abominators.
12. Aivas has great respect for J'xom and White Ruth
13. J'xom was born the heir of Ruatha Hold -after Lessa's leave to Benden- because he is the child of Fax.
14. Fax was a terrible leader and held many Holds before killed by F'lar -after tricked into fighting by Lessa-.
15. F'lessan, son of F'lar and Lessa- and his Bronze Golanth are attacked by Felines and wounded terribly.
16. After this the Dragons learn of their Telekenisis.
17. Golanth is tought to move Trundlebugs by his mate ((I believe her name is Zaranth))
16. Tai ((Zaranth's Rider)) and F'lessan become mates when Zaranth comes into Heat, and the only available Dragon being Golanth.
O.K...I know more but I figure that enough..
