Okay, say S'sha was in Igen Weyr talking to T'ren, and then after she was done, she timed it to make the Weyrleader Meeting which was happening at the same time. If she died with T'ren, then she wouldn't time it at all because, well, she'd be dead. If she died with the Weyrleaders, she'd end up dead because... just because. It's like you loop a string of time, and if you cut one part and then straighten it, the whole thing still falls apart.

Did that make any sense?
