Subject: On Thread. No, this is not purely book-based. I'm making some up to fit with the RPG.

There will be five wings, one for each colour, unless we actually have a lot of people (at Igen, the most I have is five greens! ugh) and can form two or three. All Weyrs will fight Thread together and working together. Benden will tell us all the official Threadfall-start-RP-date.

Wings are formed in a V, with the vertex forward (like geese). The WingLeader will be the vertex, with the 'Second either on their right or left, and another trusted rider on the other side. Once gathered at the Foothills in Honshu, we'll modify to let the WingLeaders be the first ones, then 'Seconds.

The gold wing (woo!) fly lowest, with their flamethrowers. They accomplish rescue maneuvers and get what the 'fighting' dragons miss. The blue wing is above them, then brown, bronze, and greens the highest. The green wing is the only wing that can break formation, since they're closest to the menace and need to save their hides. Anyone who is Thread-scored, go to the Perches of their Weyr.

Any questions?
