I don't see a reason to limit the flights. Let the eggs be born wild! That's what almost always happens with green flits, yes I do mean Impressed green flits. Gold eggs, however, are usually covetted and given as gifts. (A while back, even, an Igen rider brought S'sha a gold egg as a gift, and her weyrmate a bronze egg! How sweet was that?) And, if you're to limit anything, limit gold eggs in gold clutches. As for male flits, NO! Don't limit them! That's a horrible idea! They're needed! I've seen golds and greens forced to choose the only male that chased them. Ugh. And anyways, a lot of flit owners don't fly their greens or golds, or even male flits, because of the hassle. I don't see overmuch of a problem, really.
