Okay, I suggested this before. If a weyrwoman has become inactive, I suggest you move her to junior queen and put whoever was the junior queen as Weyrwoman. This would, in my opinion, give people who have always been active as golds to have a chance at weyrleadership without giving a queen to a person on lost souls who has a weyr and everything instantly. It's just an idea, and I'd like everyone to know I'm not directly in line for any titles or anything, so this isn't my ploy to get my goldrider to be an instant weyrwoman. I just think it might be fairer. *shrugs* whether you do it or not is up to the leader people.

You have a point there, seeing as junior weyrwomen Impressed their golds, and therefore must be good RPers (we hope). Dilly is inactive, as is Ralek. Eastern's JW is Koryn with gold Kamath, Ista's is Shayndel with gold Lyranth, but how do we know they're active?
