Finally, he answers, deep voice filled with emotion. "I can't remember what it's like not to be linked...Tajor's been with me since I was 15 Turns...er...years...old. He's my best friend, my confidant...he's the other half of my soul. I think I would die without him." he falls silent, hazel eyes turned to the floor.

A deep, soothing voice speaks in Tenji's mind, at the moment filled with humor. 'I also keep him from getting himself killed...or killing someone else. He's not always this moody...or this calm.'
