"From where I stood in the stands, then Sands, the green's rider looked a little pale and worried, and I saw D'tir join her before she began to look a bit happier about the clutch. Eleven eggs," he remembers fondly, grinning. "How many of that clutch are grown and riders, I don't know." He nods at Kalya, grinning. "S'sha was temporarily Weyrleaderless at the time, I believe. K'u was on one of his many stints away from the Weyr, so she dealt with Eve on her own, mostly." For a Candidate at the time, R'nos seems to know most of what went on in the Weyr, for good reason - his longtime friend was greenrider Resa, who usually kept him and his sister (not to mention her own little sister) informed of goings-on. Blinking, he hastily adds, "Not that S'sha isn't formidable on her own, of course." Jokingly, he glances around nervously, as if checking for the Weyrwoman.
