The green's response is delayed, and she responds somewhat hesitantly.

She stands up, eyelids lowered speculatively, her mug of klah held losely in one hand. She sit's beside T'ren, smiling blandly at the bronze and green rider. "Weyrleader T'ren?" She presents the hand that isn't hampered with her hot cup. "I'm green-rider Ralkene, with Kiarath. Congratulations on winning the flight. I hope you do better than our previous two weyrleaders did." She emphasizes the word previous slightly, barely enough for either to pick up, but it's there.
